If your event is public, the main event description is what the public will see, so this should now be amended to remove information which was only relevant to your grant application. Once your event listing page is ready to go, you can use it to promote your event!"

"In order to keep a record of the outcomes of the British Science Week grants, we require you to provide us with feedback on the use of the grant. Nearer the time, we will be sending you a short evaluation form for event organisers, and one for your audiences to complete during your event."

" Please ensure that British Science Week and the British Science Association is correctly acknowledged in any marketing materials produced for your event (downloadable high-res British Science Week logos are available here)."

" If you requested to receive a free marketing pack when you registered your event, we will still be sending these out in the New Year. If you did not originally request a free marketing pack but would like to now, you can do so by editing your event listing."
